 Dr. Bilal possesses a distinguished academic and clinical background, having obtained degrees in General Medicine and Medical Oncology from Damascus University. He further enhanced his professional credentials through esteemed postgraduate qualifications, including Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI) in Internal Medicine and Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP), London, with a subspecialty focus in Medical Oncology.

With over 16 years of extensive clinical experience across internationally respected healthcare institutions, including the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces Healthcare System, Ireland’s Health Service Executive (HSE), Burjeel Holdings, and Ain Al Khaleej Hospital, Dr. Bilal has established himself as a highly accomplished specialist in the comprehensive care of patients with cancer.

Throughout his career, he has remained committed to the delivery of evidence-based, advanced oncology care, incorporating the latest developments in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and genomics-informed personalized cancer treatment. His clinical practice is defined by the development of tailored treatment strategies designed to address each patient’s individual medical, biological, and molecular profile.
