GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP
What we feel can affect our sleep patterns and not sleeping enough would affect what we feel physically and psychologically during our waking hours. This contributes positively to our mental health. Sleep disorder or insomnia affects hormone
levels and our nerve function in the brain. This will cause weakening in our thinking and emotional regulation and being fatigue during the day.
Stress is a common issue in our everyday life but constant stress may affect our health. Whatever the causes of stress are we can learn the ways to reduce stress and treat stress well including stress at work (stress management).
A few minutes is enough to relieve stress and help improve mood.
Steroids such as caffeine, energy drinks, tobacco as well as some other medications negatively affect our overall health and may contribute to long-term psychological problems & addiction. Therefore, it is better to avoid them altogether or reduce the
amount and number of times we may use it.
